Mounting a mirror on the Nikon Coolpix 8700, I take some 3264x2448 images during flying, and rectify them latter to obtain panoramic views of about 3000x900 pixels. The field of view is about 52.5 and 62.5 degrees above and below the horizontal plane if the camera is pointing verticaly.

Click on the pictures to see them at their real size.

The two following images are obtained by warpings of the previous (unrectified) shot.

More recently, I take the shots below mounting a different mirror on the Coolpix (this mirror includes a sliding protective cover which is useful for landing and taking off), sometimes with paramotor. The field of view is about 50 degrees above and below the horizontal plane if the camera is pointing verticaly.
